CULINARY PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
The Culinary Program at Fort Pierce Central High School offers 4 levels of culinary that each teach a different set of skills whether it be the basics of culinary 1, all the way to perfecting your skills in the culinary 3-4 class. All taught by the culinary instructors Cindy Swertfager, and Chef Jesse Strell.
